Another idea became reality

Just before I went on holiday I had this idea but it had to wait til I returned. It is a "book" that folds out. In it are three pieces, one with ripped paper and a piece of nÃ¥lebinding with very crude wool, one with pinpricked paper woven with the same wool and the last one is cut paper with some needlelace on top. All of it is put on one large piece of paper that folds into three.

Another contrast is added by backing it with handwoven vintage linen. The cord is made with my snoregaffel (lucet) and a button to finish it off. This piece of vintage linen fitted absolutely perfectly as a contrast, gives has such a fantastic used feeling to it.

Thanks for stopping by.
