The Ashley book of knots II

As I told you last monday I'm trying to find a way to use the Josephine knot in a meaningful way. In the picture above you can see that I made a brown and a blue cord with my snoregaffel/lucet.

This made me think of making a paper plate with a Josephine knot. Again some cord was made, and after the knot was created, it was couched onto a plate. Which gave me the idea of making a bullion knot border with cords.

While creating this border I realized that I really missed making bullion knots on paper, it is simply wonderful to do. So I enjoyed this little addiction to the fullest.

Have a great wednesday!

Elizabeth
