Throughout the weekend I have been reading the book Play, how it shapes the brain, opens the imagination and invigorates the soul from Stuart Brown and Christopher Vaughan. And since it is a fun but also interesting book to read I felt like starting this week with a song that always makes me smile.
After a cold spring, a wet summer has started and it is therefore that I felt like starting preparing for the freshness of autumn and the cold of winter.
This woollen throw is made of recycled samples of a furniture store with a simple running stitch. The back is of black linen and the pocket is for holding a pencil or a hook. Since there are more samples of a different fabric I started already on a second one!
Another week has started and monday has arrived. The week needs to start with some music at least seen from my point of view. Today I serve you a song sang by the warm and wonderful voice of mr. Paul Carrack.
Hope you enjoyed it.
Have a lovely week with all the things that are on your calender!
Monday's has come and is already gone but just now I find time to sit down and enjoy your company. The music to start the week with is gonna be an old song, a song about wearing flowers in your hair .... did you guess already?
Have a peaceful week with lots of sunshine and flowers!
This week I like to share a piece of music that says thank you. This thank you note is dedicated to three special friends who always know when to knock on my door and sit down with me over a cup of tea.
Thank you Mrs. Crocodile, Sunshine and my dear Taurus sister!
Have a great start of your week with your friends.
