A bag but not made by me

Last week our eldest son came home with a bag he made at school. He used a sewing machine to stitch and embellish it and he made the cords.  Since I have just about zero skills on the sewing machine he is gonna teach me next week during the winterholidays!!!!

Have a lovely day with a smile of a novice.

Wow, just look at that! How talented is he? I recall the stuff I made in school, it come snot even close to this master piece.;)
Hope you survived the storm. I was up half the night as I could not sleep, my terrace furniture was trashing around and my window was flexing. It was awful.
Now I look and feel like a zombie, sigh...
But, the sun is out now.;)

Oh, so great for you to have such a big and clever son! I am sure he will teach you all you need to know in no-time - and you will love this very useful tool!

My son was always very keen on my sewing machine as well, and when he was 10 I allowed him to use it. My mother was here on vacation and had the time and the patience to teach him - he made a gorgeous cushion for himself with planets and moon rockets - and the year after a stuffed monster warrior - typical male designs ...

Have a wonderful teaching- and learning time, you two - and: carpe diem!
