Changing the landscape XI

It felt icy outside but the sun was shining so I couldn't resist taking pictures outside. Today I have an textile painting in red for you with a piece of embroidery I made some time ago. The book Philosophy never materialized the way I wanted it so I used on page to make this one.

Thank you all for joining me this week while travelling through Landanna. Have a fantastic weekend and I'll see you on monday.

Oh wow, Elizabeth - what a wonderful embroidery! I am impressed!

I received the two booklets I ordered, and in one of them, 'Viking Designs' by A.G. Smith, this motif is represented (Ornament from Solberga, Sweden).

But I must admit I wouldn't have dared to start stitching such an intriguate and complicated design - but you did! And you've done it in a fantastic way! Compliments!

Have a great weekend, dear Elizabeth!
